Martin Fischer is Professor of Civil and Environmental Engineering at Stanford University. He also serves as the Director of the Center for Integrated Facility Engineering (CIFE). CIFE is the world-leading, industry-sponsored, academic research centre on virtual design and construction.

Charles Matta is CIO at GSA's Public Building Service (PBS). Matta previously headed the PBS Center for Federal Buildings & Modernizations (2005-2009) where he oversaw a program of 120+ buildings nationwide, in various stages of planning, design and construction. He advised the PBS leadership on Federal architecture, design and construction innovation.
